On-site Service To Southeast Asian Customers

With the increasing sales of Griner products in southeast Asia, while providing high-quality products, Grinder further accelerates the pace of after-sales service for overseas markets and launches a series of service measures.

In June 2019, Grinder after-sales service engineers went to Laos, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries to troubleshoot and maintain the equipment on site, and provided training to the customer’s laboratory personnel, such as sample preparation skills and equipment operation skills.

Grinder products have been widely used in southeast Asian countries. Such as Knife Mill HM100, Ultra Centrifugal Mill FM200, Micro Ball Mill GT300, Vibratory Disc  Mill  VM3, etc., are welcomed by local customers. Grinder’s excellent and thoughtful service is highly praised by customers. Through face-to-face communication with customers, we have enhanced our further understanding of users’ needs which points out the direction for our subsequent overseas product research and development. The high-quality after-sales service measures have deepened the overseas customers’ recognition of Grinder and Chinese products.
