On January 26, 2024, POWTEQ 's 2023 Annual Summary Conference and Commendation Conference was held in Sheraton Langfang Chaobai River Hotel. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the work achievements in 2023, commended the advanced individuals, deployed the work goals, development ideas and key measures for 2024, mobilized and encouraged all employees to unite and cooperate to complete the work goals of the new year. Mr. Chen Yikang, President of Guangzhou Instrument Industry Association and Chairman of Guangzhou Huanghe Instrument Technology Co., Ltd, and Mr. Li Kang, General Manager of Guangdong Denley Technology Co., Ltd. , attended the meeting!

 In the past 2023, POWTEQ 's performance has broken through a record high, and Chang Xiangyang, deputy general manager of the company, said that in the past year, the company has further improved its R&D and production management system, and under the role of internal unity and cohesion, it has fully completed the annual production tasks with efficient R&D and production capacity, and has achieved fruitful results. Regarding the work arrangement in 2024, he emphasized that the new year is a critical year for the company in R&D and production, and it is the top priority to increase R&D investment, strengthen the fine management within production, and do a good job in the coordination of various departments.

At the summary meeting, Du Ping, general manager of the company, said: In 2023, under the condition that the external environment is not optimistic,  the company  still achieved growth at home and abroad, thanks to the unremitting efforts of every employee.  In 2024,  the company will focus on the layout of Chinese and western markets, improve service capabilities, strengthen the construction and management of sales teams, improve the management of middle-level cadres, and build an efficient and capable team guided by value creation.

 Although the past year has become a memory, the wonderful and brilliant belonging to POWTEQ has benefited from the spirit of those who have the courage to fight. People in POWTEQ work hard and take responsibility. They has written the achievements of POWTEQ in the past year. The spirit of role model has been turned into a force for progress, inspiring every person in the company to work hard in the next journey.
