 Sample pretreatment is a key step in drug testing, which directly affects the precision and accuracy of the analytical results. Choosing the appropriate pretreatment and shortening the pretreatment time is an important method to improve the testing efficiency while ensuring the quality of the test.

 It’s necessary to choose appropriate pretreatment according to the structure of the measured drug, physicochemical and pharmacological properties, the drug form and concentration range.

 Drug concentration in the sample varies greatly. For the high concentration of sample, the pretreatment requirements can be slightly lower; For the lower concentration of the sample, pretreatment requirements are higher. Selection of appropriate grinding, crushing, sieving solutions can create good conditions for the sample analysis.
